At Olive Ateliers, we curate unique, objects of curiosity that we hope you will cherish forever. If your selection is not the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 14-day return window for most curated items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the specific items you wish to return.

  Review Policy Exclusions

  Ensure your items are not marked as Final Sale; please note that vintage, oversized furniture, and found objects are often ineligible for return due to their unique nature.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials to prevent damage during transit, as we cannot refund items that arrive broken.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix your prepaid shipping label and drop the package at the designated carrier; your refund will be processed once the atelier inspects the returned goods.
